Every organization’s adoption of AI into its cultural fabric will differ based on a variety of factors. Some of these factors are internal to the organization, such as the appetite for technical change, capital to invest in technical change, adherence to mandatory regulatory requirements, workforce capability and competency. In addition, there are additional external factors which also impact an organization’s ability to adopt AI; these factors are the competitive landscape in which it operates within, as well as the rate of technical change within the industry segment it operates within.
